Common use of M&E Plan Clause in Contracts

M&E Plan. Unless MCC agrees otherwise in writing, no later than ninety (90) days after the Compact enters into force as provided in Article 7 of the Compact, MCA-Benin II will develop and implement an M&E Plan that will serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Program over the Compact Term. The M&E Plan will be developed, implemented and updated in accordance with the MCC Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts and Threshold Programs. Recognizing that certain information may not be available ninety (90) days after the Compact enters into force, the Parties will endeavor to communicate regularly regarding availability of appropriate data and reasonable expectations regarding the content of the M&E Plan in respect thereof.‌
