MDC Licensed Area Sample Clauses

MDC Licensed Area. The MDC Licensed Area is comprised of 35.01 acres, more or less, shown as Parcel IDs: 4126C-20-11, 4126C-19-12, 4126C-18-13, 4126C-24 and 4126C-17-14B, as shown on Exhibit 1, that is owned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, licensed to Lessor pursuant to a Joint Management and License Agreement dated July 10, 1997 (the “MDC Agreement”). The MDC Licensed Area shall not be considered to be a part of the Leased Premises but shall be considered to be a part of the Site upon which Lessee constructed the Playing Fields.
