Common use of MDAs Clause in Contracts

MDAs. Prior to receiving implementation support under the Project, each MDA shall prepare an annual sectoral HIV/AIDS plan providing for all sectoral HIV/AIDS activities and the proposed sources of financing, and providing for the proposed activities under the Project that are consistent with this Agreement and the requirements set forth in the PIM for the respective approval of HCNLS and the Association.
