Common use of May Hold Notes Clause in Contracts

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Registrar or any of their Affiliates or any other agent in their respective individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act (as if the Trust Indenture Act applied to this Indenture), may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Registrar or any of their Affiliates or any other agent in their respective individual or any other capacity capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act (as if the Trust Indenture Act applied to this Indenture)Act, may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee, any Transfer Agent, any Paying Agent, the Registrar or any of their Affiliates or any other agent in their respective individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act (as if the Trust Indenture Act applied to this Indenture), may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Transfer Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Transfer Agent, any Paying Agent, the Registrar or any of their Affiliates or any other agent in their respective individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes so long as it is not a Restricted Party and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act (as if the Trust Indenture Act applied to this Indenture), may otherwise deal with the Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Transfer Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee, any Authenticating Agent, any Paying Agent, the any Registrar or any other Person that may be an agent of their Affiliates the Trustee or any other agent the Co-Obligors or the Operating Partnership, in their respective its individual or any other capacity capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of the Notes and, subject to Sections 310(b) and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act (as if the Trust Indenture Act applied to this Indenture)Act, may otherwise deal with the Issuer Operating Partnership or such Co-Obligor with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Authenticating Agent, Paying Agent, Registrar or such other agentPerson.

May Hold Notes.
