Common use of May Hold Notes Clause in Contracts

May Hold Notes. The Trustee or any Paying Agent, Registrar, or other agent of the Obligor, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 5.08 and 5.12, may otherwise deal with the Obligor with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee or Trustee, any Paying Agent, Registrar, the Note Registrar or any other agent of the ObligorCompany, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 5.08 6.8 and 5.126.13, may otherwise deal with the Obligor Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, Note Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Notes. The Trustee or any Paying Agent, Registrar, Agent or any other agent of the ObligorCompany or the Guarantors, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 5.08 5.8 and 5.125.13, may otherwise deal with the Obligor Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, Agent or such other agent.

The Trustee or Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent, Registrar, the Note Registrar or any other agent of the ObligorIssuer, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 5.08 SECTIONS 8.08 and 5.128.13, may otherwise deal with the Obligor Issuer with the same rights it would have if it were not Indenture Trustee, Paying Agent, Registrar, Note Registrar or such other agent.

The Trustee Trustee, any Paying Agent or Transfer Agent, any Registrar (if other than the Trustee) or any Paying Agent, Registrar, or other agent of the ObligorIssuer or the Guarantors, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes and, subject to Sections 5.08 Section 7.8 and 5.127.12, may otherwise deal with the Obligor Issuer and the Guarantors with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, RegistrarTransfer Agent, Registrar or such other agent.
