Common use of May Hold Debt Securities Clause in Contracts

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Debt Security Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities and coupons and, subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Debt Security Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Debt Security Registrar, Authenticating Agent or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities and coupons and, 44 subject to TIA Sections 310(b) and 311, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Debt Security Registrar, Authenticating Agent or such other agent.
