Common use of May Hold Debt Securities Clause in Contracts

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities, and, subject to Sections 6.08 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt SecuritiesSecurities or Coupons, and, subject to Sections 6.08 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

May Hold Debt Securities. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, the Security Registrar or any other agent of the Company, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Debt Securities, and, subject to Sections 6.08 6.8 and 6.13, may otherwise deal with the Company with the same rights it would have if it were not Trustee, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agent.

Any Agent may do the same with like rights and duties. However, Paying Agent, Security Registrar or such other agentthe Trustee is subject to Sections 7.10 and 7.11.
