Common use of Maximum working time Clause in Contracts

Maximum working time. Maximum working time shall be subject to the limits laid down in the Working Hours Act. The calendar year shall serve as the tracking period used for maximum working time. Another one- year tracking period may be used instead of the calendar year where locally agreed. The tracking period shall commence from the wage payment period for which wages are first paid soonest after the calendar year begins. Alternatively, the previous provision on maximum overtime may be used until 31 December 2020.
