Maximum Utilisation Amount. (a) The Borrower may not issue a Utilisation Notice if the making of the Advance specified therein would exceed the Maximum Utilisation Amount or the Maximum Monthly Utilisation Amount to which the Borrower is entitled in accordance with clauses 4.2(b) below.
