Maximum Stay Clause Samples
Maximum Stay. All approved guests will only be allowed to stay in the unit for three (3) consecutive days at a time and nine (9) total per month
Maximum Stay. At the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street Cottages, OlyCAP will house homeless persons, clean and sober, for up to a 24-month maximum stay.
Maximum Stay. The maximum booking period in the ▇▇▇▇▇ Cape Reserve is nine (9) consecutive nights in a 30-day period without prior written approval from an Authorised Officer.
Maximum Stay. Campers may stay up to 14 nights total within rolling 30 days but may extend their stay based on available space if actively participating in glider activities with approval from Lessee.
Maximum Stay. This property does not provide for stays longer than 60 days no matter how the booking is scheduled or approved. The HomeOwner will refund to the Guest any payments that exceed 60 days.
