Maximum Rate Permitted. If, at any time, the interest rate and other charges imposed hereunder shall be deemed by any competent Governmental Authority to exceed the maximum rate of interest permitted by any applicable Laws, for such time as the interest and such charges would be deemed excessive, its application shall be suspended and there shall be charged instead the maximum rate of interest and charges permissible under such Laws.
