Common use of Maximum Principal Amount Clause in Contracts

Maximum Principal Amount. Subject to the conditions and upon the terms herein provided, Lender agrees to lend to Borrower and Borrower agrees to borrow from Lender, in installments, a maximum aggregate principal amount of Twenty-Six Million Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($26,625,000) or such lesser amount as shall be available pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (the "Loan"). The Loan is the "Initial Loan" referred to in the Loan Agreement. The Loan shall be repaid with interest, costs and charges as more particularly set forth in the Loan Agreement, the Note and the other Loan Documents.
