Maximum Pay Rate Sample Clauses

Maximum Pay Rate. No salary advancement shall be made so as to exceed the maximum rate established for the class to which the advanced employee's position is allocated. Advancement shall be in accord- ance with the compensation plan of the City and shall depend upon increased service value of an employee to the City as exemplified by recommendations of the department head, perfor- ▇▇▇▇▇ record, special training, length of service, and other pertinent evidence.
