Maximum Number of Tranches. All borrowings, conversions and continuations of Loans hereunder and all selections of Interest Periods hereunder shall be done in such a manner so that, after giving effect thereto, there shall never be more than 12 Tranches of Term Loans or 12 Tranches of Revolving Credit Loans outstanding at one time.
