Common use of Maximum Number of Tranches Clause in Contracts

Maximum Number of Tranches. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, after giving effect to any Borrowing, unless consented to by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, (a) there shall not be more than twelve different Interest Periods in effect in respect of all Revolving Credit Loans at any one time outstanding, and (b) there shall not be more than eight different Multicurrency Loans in respect of all Revolving Credit Loans at any one time outstanding.
