Maximum Loads. All assigned load will be attributed to an academic term (Fall, Spring, or Summer) and subject to load limits for that term as well as annual load limits defined below. LHEs earned during Winterim will be counted as having been earned in Spring semester; LHEs earned during Summer Interim I will be counted as having been earned in Summer term; and LHEs earned during Summer Interim 2 will be counted as having been earned in Fall semester.
Maximum Loads. MMM shall not use any vehicle or transport any loads on the Access Road exceeding the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles legal size or weight limits which would require an oversized/overweight (OS/OW) permit. Breach of this provision shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
Maximum Loads. In the event that this LHE-based payment causes any adjunct faculty member to exceed the annual or semester load limits in Section 2.3B Maximum Loads, the College agrees not to impose penalties in 2.3C LHE Load Tracking provided that the adjunct would not have exceeded their limit if not for this payment.
