Common use of MAXIMUM GUARANTEED LIABILITY OF ITALIAN SUBSIDIARY GUARANTORS Clause in Contracts

MAXIMUM GUARANTEED LIABILITY OF ITALIAN SUBSIDIARY GUARANTORS. No Subsidiary Guarantor that is organized under the laws of the Republic of Italy shall be liable for any amounts in respect of any of the obligations guaranteed under this Subsidiary Guarantee in excess of the aggregate of an amount equal to the sum of 200% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes, plus interest (other than default interest, Make-Whole Amount, Modified Make-Whole Amount or Additional Amount) accruing thereon.
