Common use of Maximum Fee Clause in Contracts

Maximum Fee. Notwithstanding anything else in the Contract, the total amount payable by the Counties to the Supplier under the Contract shall not exceed two hundred thirty-five thousand seven hundred sixty-six dollars ($235,766.00), plus HST.
