Maximum Exercise Price Clause Samples

Maximum Exercise Price. At no time shall the Exercise Price exceed the amount set forth in Section 1 of this Warrant except as a result of an adjustment thereto pursuant to this Section 3.

Maximum Exercise Price. Except with respect to mechanical adjustments pursuant to Section 6.1 above, at no time shall the Exercise Price per share of Common Stock exceed the amount set forth in Section 2.5 of this Agreement, as adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6.
