Maximum Demand. Maximum demands shall be established for the on-peak, mid-peak and off-peak periods. The maximum demand for each period shall be the measured maximum average kilowatt input indicated or recorded by instrument to be supplied by the Company, during any 150minute metered interval, but (except for new customers or existing customers electing Contract Demand as defined in these Special Conditions) not less than the diversified resistance welder load computed in accordance with the section designated Welder Service in Rule No. 2. Where the demand is intermittent or subject to violent fluctuations, a 5- minute interval may be used.

Maximum Demand. The maximum demand of Tenant's electrical system shall not exceed fifteen (15) wattx xxx square foot without Landlord's approval. Any increase in service capability will be at Tenant's expense.

POWER FACTOR CLAUSE (Retail Access Service Customers Only): A power factor of less than 70% is not permitted and necessary corrective equipment must be installed by the Customer to correct to a minimum level of 70%. Power factor and excess Reactive Demand charges will be calculated at each Customer location at the time of the Location’s single highest 30-minute integrated kW reading of the Interval Demand Meter during the on-peak hours of the billing period, which are those hours from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. consistent with the ITC Open Access Transmission Tariff. Excess Reactive Demand is any Reactive Demand resulting from operations below 80% power factor. A monthly charge of $3.50/kVAR will be applied to excess Reactive Demand.

  • Maximum Drawing Amount The maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.

  • Excess Usage If during a Billing Period, In Energy is greater than zero (0), then Excess Usage for that Billing Period will be calculated. If Excess Usage is greater than zero (0), then for the Facility and any secondary account at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage will equal the value of Excess Usage and (ii) Unused Credits are equal to zero (0). If Excess Usage is equal to zero (0), then for the Facility and secondary accounts at the conclusion of that Billing Period: (i) kilowatt-hour usage is equal to zero (0) and (ii) Unused Credits are reduced by the value of In Energy, determined for that Billing Period, and that reduced value, in accordance with paragraph (C) Unused Credits of this Article IV, will remain for possible future application.

  • Maximum Leverage Permit, as of any fiscal quarter end, the ratio of (a) Adjusted Portfolio Equity as of such fiscal quarter end to (b) Funded Debt as of such fiscal quarter end, to be less than 5.00 to 1.00.
