Common use of Maximum Credit Clause in Contracts

Maximum Credit. The definition of “Maximum Credit” in Section 1.84 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following: 1. 84 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of $274,000,000.”

Maximum Credit. The definition of “Maximum Credit” in Section 1.84 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following: 1. 84 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of $274,000,000300,000,000.”

Maximum Credit. The definition of “Maximum Credit” in Section 1.84 1.73 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following: 1. 84 : “1.73 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of $274,000,000107,000,000.”

The definition of “Maximum Credit” set forth in Section 1.84 of the Loan Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety the reference to “$155,000,000” contained therein and replacing it with the following: 1. 84 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of “$274,000,000[124,750,000]”.”

The definition of “Maximum Credit” set forth in Section 1.84 1.96 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety the reference to “85,000,000” and replacing it with the following: 1. 84 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of “$274,000,00075,000,000”.”

Maximum Credit. The definition of “Maximum Credit” in Section 1.84 1.82 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and replacing it with the following: 1. 84 : “1.82 ‘Maximum Credit’ shall mean the amount of $274,000,000110,000,000.”
