Maximum Correction Clause Samples
Maximum Correction. The Tubridgi Parties will not correct the readings taken from any Metering Equipment more than one year prior to the date of the relevant test unless the Tubridgi Parties are required to do so by law.
Maximum Correction. The party responsible for a Metering Installation will not have to correct the readings taken from that Metering Installation more than one year prior to the date of the relevant test unless it is required to do so by law.
