Maximum Charge Clause Samples
Maximum Charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section, in no event shall the amounts charged under this Section exceed the maximum amount which may be lawfully charged by Landlord under applicable law. In the event the amounts provided for under this Section shall exceed such lawful charge, then the amounts payable under this Section shall be reduced to the maximum amount of such lawful charge.
Maximum Charge. In no event shall termination charges exceed the lesser of (i) the Total Verified Termination Expense plus the profit margin specified above or (ii) the Total Price.
Maximum Charge. Level Kotak Life Insurance reserves its right to impose charges not beyond the level mentioned below (Subject to IRDA approval): • The miscellaneous and switching charges may be increased to a maximum of 2,000. • Mortality charges are guaranteed for the term of the policy. Plan benefit in case of death of the Life Insured within the lock-in period: Proceeds of the Discontinued Policy Fund (which is subject to a minimum interest rate specified by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA)),till the date of intimation of death, will be paid immediately.
Maximum Charge. The maximum day charge is $75.00 and is based on a calendar day. Upon return of the bicycle, the rider will be charged the accumulated rental charges, or the maximum day charge, whichever is less (the “Rental Charge”). Bikes not returned within 24 hours will be considered stolen, and Rider will be charged $2,500.00 (the “Replacement Charge”). Applicable local and state sales tax of 9.25% will be included in Rental and Replacement Charges.
