The Maximum Capacities clause sets a clear upper limit on the amount, volume, or number of goods, services, or resources that may be provided, used, or stored under an agreement. In practice, this clause might specify the maximum number of attendees allowed in a venue, the highest quantity of a product that can be ordered, or the greatest volume of materials that can be stored at a facility. MAXIMUM CAPACITIES. The Premises are restricted in their maximum capacities. The maximum capacity for overnight guests is 66 in the main house, 10 in the Garden Wing, 6 in the Gatehouse, 10 in the Little Lodge and (if applicable) 2 in the Huntsham Suite. The maximum number that may attend the Premises at any one time is 130 and shall at all times be the numbers set out in the Booking Form. For the avoidance of doubt the Premises includes all of the grounds that are rented under the Agreement. If the Owners (or any one instructed by them to check such numbers) determines in their absolute discretion that there has been a breach of the maximum numbers then (i) in the case of overnight numbers each additional guest shall be charged for at the rate of £200 and (ii) in the case of additional guests their presence shall be charged at £50 per guest.
MAXIMUM CAPACITIES. Failure to comply with the law will result in closing down your activity and forfeiture of all fees, including the deposit. The Chief of Police, Public Works Director, or their designated representatives will, at times, control the use of the City owned facility for the safety and welfare of the users and the general public. Any use that violates these conditions of rental may cause the rental use to be terminated with forfeiture of all fees.
MAXIMUM CAPACITIES. 9.1 It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure that maximum capacities, as stated by the College, for the Premises/Facilities are not exceeded. 9.2 Maximum capacities as stated, shall include all persons attending or present at the Premises/Facilities including (but not limited to) any supervisors, those participating in activities, parents and members of the public. 9.3 Maximum capacities may be subject to change to reflect the up to date Government guidance in respect of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A designated parking area will be available for The Client and their guests which will be clearly signed. All vehicles and their contents must be parked in the designated areas and are parked at the owner's risk. The Client shall be responsible for communicated to each of their guests and/or Contractors that vehicles and contents are left at their own risk and that the Owners do not accept responsibility for any theft or damage howsoever caused. The Client is responsible for ensuring that no vehicles are parked on the main driveway at any point or parked in an area in or around the Premises that causes an obstruction or other annoyance to the neighbours surrounding the Premises.
MAXIMUM CAPACITIES. The maximum number of persons that can be admitted to the Hirer’s Event will be determined by KCDC’s Emergency Evacuation Plan and the Fire and Emergency New Zealand’s recommendations.   • Maximum Capacity The Sick Leave Bank shall accumulate unused Bank days from year to year to a maximum capacity which shall not exceed double the number of eligible employees as defined in the above Section C, Eligibility for Membership.

  • Rights in Other Capacities The Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent and the Securities Intermediary and their affiliates may (without having to account therefor to the Company) accept deposits from, lend money to, make their investments in and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust or other business with the Purchase Contract Agent, any other Person interested herein and any Holder (and any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates) as if it were not acting as the Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent or the Securities Intermediary, as the case may be, and the Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent, the Securities Intermediary and their affiliates may accept fees and other consideration from the Purchase Contract Agent and any Holder without having to account for the same to the Company; provided that each of the Collateral Agent, the Custodial Agent and the Securities Intermediary covenants and agrees with the Company that it shall not accept, receive or permit there to be created in favor of itself and shall take no affirmative action to permit there to be created in favor of any other Person, any security interest, lien or other encumbrance of any kind in or upon the Collateral other than the lien created by the Pledge.

  • Individual Capacity The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower and its Affiliates as though the Administrative Agent were not an Agent. With respect to the Loans made by it and all obligations owing to it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not an Agent, and the terms “Required Lenders”, “Lender” and “Lenders” shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.
