Maximum Amount Secured. Grantor and Lender intend that this Security Instrument shall secure not only sums advanced as of the date hereof but also all advances provided for in the Loan Documents; provided however that the maximum amount secured by this Security Instrument shall in no event exceed two (2) times the Loan Amount.
