Maximum Amount Secured. Mortgagor and Mortgagee intend that this Mortgage shall secure not only sums advanced as of the date hereof but also all advances provided for in the Loan Documents; provided however that the maximum amount secured by this Mortgage shall in no event exceed $125,000,000.00.
