Maximization of Residual Receipts. Borrower shall, at all times during the Term, continue its ownership and operation of the Property and to use its skills and diligence to produce maximum Residual Receipts, subject to the rent and occupancy requirements of this Agreement and the Restrictive Covenants, as well as legal restrictions of nonprofit affordable housing owners imposed by the federal government; provided, however, that the Borrower shall not be required to displace Tenants in order to maximize Residual Receipts.
