Maturity Redemption Amount. The total redemption price payable by the Issuer to the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ upon redemption under CB Condition 11.1 (the "Maturity Redemption Amount") shall be the aggregate of: (a) 100% of the outstanding principal amount of all (but not part) of the outstanding CB; and (b) all interest accrued and outstanding but unpaid under CB Condition 10 (Interest); and (c) any other payment accrued and outstanding to the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to these CB Conditions.
