Common use of Maturity of Investments Clause in Contracts

Maturity of Investments. For so long as Cellco is the Servicer, any Permitted Investments of funds in the Collection Account (or any reinvestments of the Permitted Investments) for a Collection Period must mature, if applicable, and be available no later than the Business Day immediately preceding the related Payment Date. Any Permitted Investments with a maturity date will be held to their maturity, except that such Permitted Investments may be sold or disposed of before their maturity in connection with the sale or liquidation of the Collateral following an Event of Default under Section 6.1 of the Master Collateral Agreement or the purchase of any Collateral on an Acquisition Date.
