Matters for Referral to Arbitration. All questions or matters in dispute with respect to the accounting of moneys expended by Optionee as provided herein, or with respect to the calculation of or amounts taken into account in the determination of Net Smelter Returns or other products sales and any share of the proceeds of the sale of Minerals or other products from the Property will be submitted to arbitration pursuant to the terms hereof.
