Common use of Matters Covered Clause in Contracts

Matters Covered. All matters not covered in this Agreement shall be deemed to have been raised and properly disposed of. This Agreement contains the full and complete agreement between the parties and neither party shall be required to bargain upon any issue during the life of this Agreement, unless such bargaining of a specific issue is expressly addressed by this Agreement.
