MATERNITY LEAVE REPLACEMENTS. It is understood that in replacing an employee off on maternity/parental leave, the employer shall ensure that any initial replacement posting has the same qualifications as the original posting for the position and the employer shall ensure that any selected candidate meets the posted qualifications.
