In accordance with FAA requirements, the laboratory furnishing testing services will have a current accreditation by a nationally recognized accreditation program. At a minimum, the summary shall include a list of all tests performed showing the date, location, pass or fail, results of retests, and whether the test is eligible or ineligible under the A.I.P. program. The Summary will include a certification that all testing was completed in accordance with the "Construction Management Plan."
