MATERIALS TESTING ENGINEERS. The obligation to carry the other insurance coverages of preceding Article 5.04 or coverages equal to them, shall remain in effect after the delivery date of final test reports and data at any time the Materials Testing Engineer, its consultants, anyone directly or indirectly employed by them or anyone for whose acts they may be liable, returns to the Project site to perform services required of this Agreement, but in no case shall be less than 24 months beyond the Date of Substantial Completion.
