Common use of Materials Distribution Clause in Contracts

Materials Distribution. NSS has a “closed forum” relative to the distribution of materials or posting such materials on school grounds or property. It is for this reason that flyers, brochures and/or other materials may not be handed out on campus prior to, during or following the school day. Unless it is approved by the administration, distribution, selling, ordering and consuming external food items or goods are prohibited, and will be confiscated.
