Agencies exempt from coverage on the basis of materiality: The Department of Human Services transfers administrative funds to the Department of Inspections and Appeals (DIA) through the Department of Human Services Cost Allocation Plan. The administrative expense reimbursement transfer is less than 1% of the program costs and will not be tracked. This is applicable for CFDA's, 93.558, 93.563, 93.575, 93.767, and 93.778.
