Common use of Material Terms Clause in Contracts

Material Terms. ‌ (1) The Parties acknowledge that the terms of this Settlement Agreement set out in sections 15.1 to 15.4 shall be material terms of this Settlement Agreement and the failure of the Courts to approve any of these terms shall give rise to a right of termination pursuant to section 15.1(1) of this Settlement Agreement.
