Common use of Material Supply Services Clause in Contracts

Material Supply Services. ‌ 1) In addition to the Lot works outlined above, the Employer may require the Contractor to procure certain materials related to the Lot works. This may either be as part of a Task Order or as a compensation event. The Contractor’s responsibility for this is limited to the placing of the order in accordance with the Employer’s requirements and taking all reasonable steps to ensure the materials are delivered in accordance with the Employer’s requirements. The installation of the materials is not covered within this service. The Contractor will be reimbursed for the invoice cost of the supplied materials plus the Contractor’s percentage for overheads and profit for Materials Supply.
