If the Respondent plans to provide the service or perform the function through a Material Subcontractor, the Respondent must detail the services and/or function to be subcontracted, and how the Respondent and the Material Subcontractor will coordinate such service or function. Respondents should describe any prior working relationships with the Material Subcontractor.
