Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS. The Contractor is responsible to ensure the County has received the latest version of any MSDS required by 29 C.F.R. Section 1910.1200 with the first shipment of any hazardous material. The Contractor shall promptly provide a new MSDS to the County with the new information relevant to the specific material at any time the content of an MSDS is revised. Tobacco use, including both smoke and smokeless tobacco, is prohibited on County owned property. If applicable, all unusable materials and debris must be removed from the premises at the end of each workday and disposed of in an appropriate manner. The Contractor shall thoroughly clean up all areas where work has been involved as mutually agreed with the associated user department's project manager upon final completion.
