Material Resources. 7.2.1. Equipment The Consortium does not own any assets. Equipment belonging to a Consortium Member may be allocated for the purposes of the Consortium’s Programme of Activities and the other Consortium Members’ employees may have access thereto. A loan for use shall generally not be requested. A list of this equipment held up to date may be attached to the Consortium Agreement and specifies: - the names and references of the equipment; - the name of the owner, - place of allocation; - the purpose of their allocation , so as to be able to define in the Programme, what Consortium Member will have access thereto. The Consortium Member owner of the equipment will guarantee its proper operation and compliance with safety and use standards pursuant to the laws of the country where the equipment is located. For scientific equipment (other than lap-top P.C. computer equipment), the Consortium Member having responsibility for the place of allocation shall have custody thereof. The Consortium Member having responsibility for the place of allocation shall organise access to the premises and to the equipment. Any maintenance costs for this equipment may be shared between the Consortium Members in the Consortium’s budget, on the basis of the allocation criteria defined and validated by the competent technical committee.

A loan for use agreement shall be negotiated between the interested Contractors. - In the case of such an equipment loan, a list should be provided to the PCC which specifies:the names and references of the equipment; - the name of the owner, - place of allocation; - the purpose of allocation, so as to be able to define in the Description of work which Contractor will have access thereto. The Contractor owner of the equipment will warrant its proper operation and compliance with safety and use standards pursuant to the laws of the country where the equipment is located. For scientific equipment (other than lap-top P.C. equipment), the Contractor being responsible for the place of allocation shall have custody thereof. The Contractor being responsible for the place of allocation shall organise access to the premises and to the equipment. Any maintenance costs for this equipment may be shared between the Contractors in the Consortium’s budget, on the basis of the allocation criteria defined and validated by the competent technical committee ie the PCC.
Material Resources. Any equipment purchased after the signing of the Agreement will be registered in the inventory of the Party buying it, and paid for with its own budget or grants allocated to the Party. The pieces of equipment owned by the Parties that are made available to the Joint Research Unit for Joint Research Projects and /or by the staff of Polibienestar, will continue belonging to the Party or staff that acquired them and included in its inventory at the time. A Party may not bring any equipment, materials or supplies into the other Party’s premises without written permission of the other Party and without appropriate environmental and safety information for such equipment, materials or supplies as required by legislation and policies. The responsibility for and cost of delivery of equipment, materials or supplies owned by a Party to the other Party’s premises and removal and disposal of same upon termination or expiry of this Agreement shall be borne by the owning Party. A Party has the right to decline admittance to its premise of any equipment, materials or supplies that impose undue risk.
Material Resources. The members of the European Works Council of NH Group shall have access to an electronic mail address created by NH Group for these purposes. Likewise, NH Group shall provide the members of the European Works Council of NH Group with access to other resources and appropriate communication channels, access to printers of the respective hotels, mail account and access to the tools that to do allow video conferencing.
Material Resources. A budget of ………… EUR has been foreseen for staff costs (experts), international and national travel, organisation of meetings, external legal, tax-related, accounting and translation services as well as general project operation. The basic office facilities and equipment to run the action in Athens will be provided by Ministry of Economy and Development , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Enterprise Greece.

The list of this equipment shall specify: - the names and references of the equipment; - the name of the owner, - place of allocation; - the purpose of their allocation, so as to be able to define in the Programme, what Contractor will have access thereto. The Contractor owner of the equipment will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure its proper operation and compliance with safety and use standards pursuant to the laws of the country where the equipment is located. For scientific equipment (other than lap-top P.C. computer equipment), the Contractor having responsibility for the place of allocation shall have custody thereof. The Contractor having responsibility for the place of allocation shall organise access to the premises and to the equipment. Reagents created during the Project will be available, for research purposes only, under an agreed Material Transfer Agreement, in compliance with provisions of the present Consortium Agreement and of the EC Contract. Such Material Transfer Agreement may then be attached to this Consortium Agreement in second part of Appendix 11, with the agreement of all Contractors.
Material Resources. All the material resources required for the proper execution of the Services shall be supplied by this Service Provider.
