Material Representations. The Parties acknowledge and agree that a material failure by the Company to comply with its representations concerning the Board of Education Agreement shall constitute an event of default for purposes of Section 16 (Default) and the basis for revocation under Section 18 (Revocation). Nothing in this Section 19.B shall operate to limit the City’s enforcement authority under this Agreement including, without limitation, Section 16, Section 18, and Section 19.A.
