Common use of Material Relationships Clause in Contracts

Material Relationships. Except as set forth in Section 2.17 of the Socket Disclosure Schedule, Socket has not received notice that any of its officers or key employees, and, to its knowledge has not received notice that any material customer or supplier or other person having a material business relationship with Socket, that such officer, employee, customer, supplier or person presently intends to terminate its relationship with Socket.
