Common use of Material Relationships Clause in Contracts

Material Relationships. Except as set forth in Section 3.16 to the Cetronic Disclosure Schedule, Cetronic has not received written notice that any of its officers or key employees, and to its knowledge has not received notice, that any material customer or supplier or other person having a material business relationship with Cetronic that such officer, employee, customer, supplier or person presently intends to terminate its relationship with Cetronic.
