Common use of Material Reductions Clause in Contracts

Material Reductions. To Diamond's and each of its Subsidiary's knowledge, none of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the Diamond Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or in any way expressed to Diamond or any Subsidiary an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Diamond or any Subsidiary in the future.
