Common use of Material Reductions Clause in Contracts

Material Reductions. To Calogic's knowledge, none of the parties to any of the contracts identified in the Calogic Disclosure Schedule pursuant to Section 3.14 have terminated, or, expressed to Calogic an intent to reduce or terminate the amount of its business with Calogic by an amount in excess of $50,000 in the aggregate.
