Common use of Material Provider Contract Clause in Contracts

Material Provider Contract. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Material Provider Contract” means any contract with a third party payor, including, without limitation, employers, insurance companies and managed care companies, to provide health care services to patients at the Center and which during the twelve (12) month period ending June 1, 2007 reimbursed the Seller for ten (10) or more cases performed at the Center.
