Common use of Material Ordering Clause in Contracts

Material Ordering. Concurrently with the giving of the Notice to Proceed in accordance with Article II, Section 10 of thiS Agreement, City will cut a check to BNSF for the coSt of all material. Upon receipt of the check and the Notice to Proceed from the City, BNSF will order material and Schedule the Project.
