Material Movement. During these negotiations, the parties discussed the importance to the vehicle/property build process of moving vehicles, properties and materials safely and expeditiously without delays. In this regard, the parties are committed to a more cooperative relationship between management, and bargaining unit employees in order to accomplish the above referenced movement of work.
