Common use of Material Misrepresentations Clause in Contracts

Material Misrepresentations. Any written statement, representation or warranty made or deemed made by or on behalf of the Borrower or any other Loan Party under this Agreement or under any other Loan Document, or any amendment hereto or thereto, or in any other writing or statement at any time furnished or made or deemed made by or on behalf of the Borrower or any other Loan Party to the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank or any Lender, shall at any time prove to have been incorrect or misleading, in light of the circumstances in which made or deemed made, in any material respect when furnished or made or deemed made.
